Dr Jaya Naidu completed her graduation in 1998 from S.J.M Dental College and Hospital, Chitradurga Kuvempu University and MDS from J.S.S. Dental College and Hospital, Mysore Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences in 2001. She was awarded the Shamanur Shivashankrappa Parvathamma Gold Medal for securing the University First Rank in B.D.S Examination, Kuvempu University, and was adjudged the Best Outgoing Student, S.J.M Dental College, Chitradurga, 1997 and the 1st Rank in the Fellowship in Dental Education programme conducted by People’s College of Dental Sciences & Research centre, People’s University Bhopal, in 2025. She is also a Master Trainer in RAATI. She has extensive experience in teaching and clinical practice in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry and has been actively involved in research initiatives aimed at innovation and advancement in the field. She is an approved undergraduate and postgraduate guide in RGUHS and has served as an examiner for UG and PG examinations in various universities. She has organised and participated in several school dental health treatment and education programmes. She has several national and international scientific publications and is serving as Reviewer on editorial boards of national and international journals. She has been invited as guest speaker at various forums. She is a life member of Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry. She has been the Organising chairperson for three CDE Programs organised by the Department. She is the chief editor of: Dantasaukhyam – Volume 1 and Volume 2 [Official Publication of VIDS & RC]. She heads the Academic Division of IQAC of VIDS & RC and is the Head of Planning and Development Committee, Academic Committee, Faculty Development Committee, Mentorship Committee, Women Empowerment Committee and is a member of other institutional committees.

Dr Aarya S Kumar has completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from SJM Dental College and Hospital, Chitradurga in 2016 and her Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry from Bangalore Institute of Dental Sciences, Bengaluru, in 2025She is actively involved in undergraduate teaching, clinical training, and pediatric dental care. Her areas of interest include preventive dentistry, pediatric endodontics, behavior management, and clinical research. She has published articles in national and international journals, authored a book on Regenerative Endodontics, and has presented scientific papers at various national and international conferences.
