MENTORSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The mentorship program at VIDS & RC aims at providing academic & psychological support and guidance to students thereby contributing to the successful completion of their undergraduate and postgraduate training. This includes helping mentees understand and complete course work, develop time management skills and study techniques and provision of information regarding various learning opportunities. The program also offers training to mentors to support their growth in the role of mentors.
