- To monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Enhancement activities of the Institution that includes conducting Quality enhancement programs for teaching and non teaching faculty.

To create an enabling environment that promotes the optimal and holistic development of Students that includes conducting Value Added and Add on Courses and to foster scientific learning through CDE’s and Workshops.

To encourage and facilitate faculty and student research projects, grants and publications and intellectual property right activities by creating a research enabling culture through further development of the Institutes Research Incubation Centre.

To develop the Dental Education Unit with the focus on Faculty development programs.

To encourage Faculty for PhD/ Fellowship/ additional postgraduate Degrees/Diplomas/Fellowships beyond the eligibility requirements from recognized centers/universities in India or abroad. (Eg: FAIMER & IFME, Fellowships, Ph D in Dental Education etc.).

To plan and execute extension and outreach activities to imbibe students with social and ethical responsibility towards the society.

To adopt innovative green initiatives for protecting and promoting the environment on campus.

To upgrade the Management Information System for the Institute.

To facilitate and strengthen the relationship and interaction between the various stakeholders- The students, faculty and parents through robust implementation of the Mentorship Initiative and regular Parent Teachers Meetings.

To enhance Alumni engagement and Contribution.

To develop the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department as a Centre for Excellence.
