Objectives of Grievance Redressal Committee:

  • Encouraging the Students/faculty/patients/parents to express their grievances / problems without restrictions and honestly, without any anxiety of being mistreated.
  • It is to deal with the complex situations in a delicate manner to reduce the condition felt to be cruel or displeased.
  • To sustain, those students who have been deprived of the services offered by the College, for which he/she is entitled.
  • To take measures in the college undertakings to ensure expeditious settlement of grievances of Students/faculty/patients/parents in order to uphold a pleasant-sounding educational atmosphere in the institute.
  • To make officials of the College approachable, answerable and polite in dealing with the students.
  • To ensure effective solution to the student’s grievances with an unbiased and open-minded approach.

In case the person is unwilling to appear in self, grievances may be dropped in writing at the letterbox/ suggestion box of the Grievance Cell at MRD, ground floor, VIDS & RC. Grievances may also be sent through e-mail to the vids_principal@vimsmail.com or member in-charge of Grievance committee.
